How do I place an Order?


You can order right here on the site. Just check on the item you like and it will be placed in your cart. When you are done click the Cart Button on the upper right hand corner and your order will be there. Add in your shipping address and method of payment. We take most major credit cards and PayPal. Your information is secure.




Do you accept returns or refunds?


The most important concern we have is your happiness and satisfaction with our products. If you are not happy in any way, rest assured we will refund your money within 30 days of the purchase date. Just notify us at customer@scrivwell.com.




Can I purchase your notebooks or pens on Amazon?

What is your warranty?


Our warranty is for one year. You will receive a refund within 30 days of purchase, just return the product. We offer a one year replacement guarantee. Take a photo of the item, send it to us at customer@scrivwell.com and we'll send you a replacement for free.




What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?


All items are shipped from our facility in the United Sttes within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you have not received your item within five days of the delivery date we give you please notify us at customer@scrivwell.com and we will help track down the order or make it right.




What methods of payment do you accept?


We accept PayPal and most major credit cards. You can safely use whatever of those two methods.
